The dulce de leche we make does not contain dairy products, refined sugar or gluten. It has a special flavor given by the coconut, which makes it delicious and as addictive as the traditional one. The buckwheat we use is the hulled seed kernels of the plant. It is rich in protein, has the 9 essential amino acids that our body needs and also, being geminated, it is loaded with phenols that are antioxidants. It has other benefits, it reduces cholesterol, chronic inflammation and blood pressure. In addition, it is rich in iron, zinc, magnesium which are increased in quantity due to germination. That is to say that the germinated buckwheat is powerful in quantity of antioxidants, minerals and potentiates its quantities of amino acids.

This dessert is a perfect dose of flavors, nutrients, textures and guilt-free pleasure.

Sprouted cashews, sprouted Buckwheat, coconut cream, cacao powder, cacao butter, coconut oil, dulce de leche, maple syrup, coconut nectar, cacao nibs, tahini, alcohol free vanilla extract, Medjool dates, fresh lemon juice & Himalayan salt.

ALLERGEN INFORMATION: Contains coconut. Products are made in a kitchen where the following allergens are handled: nuts, peanuts and sesame. Due to the packaging methods of some ingredients purchased in bulk, traces of other allergens may also be present. If you have any allergies, please let us know. Although great care is taken, sweet treats may contain peels, stems or pieces of bone from natural ingredients.

If you prefer, we have a choice of sizes, 6`` (serves 8-10), 8`` (serves 10-12). If you’d like a customised box (mix & match some of our mini cakes with other available treats), we’re more than happy to do that too. SHELF LIFE: Cakes keep fresh in the fridge for 5 days and can be kept in the freezer for 2 months. Store between 5-8 degrees Celsius at all times.

SHIPPING: All desserts are delivered within the state of Florida within a 30 mile radius of Hallandale Beach. We are working to ship to all other cities within Florida and the rest of the states. If you are a little further than 30 miles radius, please contact us and we will find a way for you to enjoy our delicious healthy treats.
