WHITE CHOCO & PISTACHIOS NOUGAT

A Christmas classic from Spain, well known in families of European descent. There are several theories about its origin, somewhat uncertain. In my family it has been shared since I was a child, at Christmas and New Year. So I decided to create a raw vegan and nutritious version, with pistachio cream, white chocolate and 80% cocoa chocolate coating. The combination is so catchingly delicious, you just have to try it.... Give it a try!

Although great care is taken, sweet treats may contain peels, stems or pieces of bone from natural ingredients.

SHELF LIFE: Keep fresh in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 weeks or the freezer for up to 3 month. Note that if stored in the freezer, the chocolate will create condensation when thawing.
